Commercial Radiant Heating
What Is a Commercial Radiant Heating System?
It is an efficient built in heating system that converts your floors into heaters, warming your entire work environment. Hot water is pumped from a boiler through a long length of tubing which is embedded in your flooring. It will definitely eliminate the cold floor movement and slash your energy costs. Your business will thank you!
Installing commercial radiant heating systems is easier done when a new build is underway but can accommodate finished buildings also. Radiant heating will provide your staff a constant comfort no matter what the weather is like and still save you money at the end of the day. The way it works is instead of the warm air being pushed from ceiling or wall vents, and just floating to the top of the room where nobody is; radiant heating starts from the floor, and pushes the cold air upward. This warms everyone from the toes upward, very efficient.
We at Meadow Ridge Plumbing and Gas have the certified technicians to install radiant heating and take great pride on our workmanship.

Polite & Efficient I was very happy with the plumbers you sent to my home today. Both, were very nice polite, efficient gentlemen!
Lots of Plumbing Jobs Finding a good plumber in the Vancouver area these days seems to be a tall order. Most don’t bother to contact you back when inquiries are made. I had lots of small plumbing jobs that needed to be fixed in my townhouse (toilets, leaking sinks, incorrectly installed plumbing) and I decided to call Meadow Ridge. I am glad I did — they sent over Ted, who was excellent! He really knows his stuff and performed all the work to a high standard. All of the issues were solved in one visit. I must also compliment the office staff at this company, they were very polite and responsive. All in all, a great experience!
Poly-B Re-piping These guys are amazing. Two-storey three bathrooms house was re-piped in one day with minimal damage to the drywall (I was ready for much worse) and for reasonable price. I chose to do the drywall repairs myself to cut the cost down. I recommended this company to anybody who needs to replace poly-b pipes – don’t even look elsewhere.
Bathroom – Ensuite and Main The plumber’s did a great job working around our busy schedules and were attentive to the details. Great clean up and installations of our sinks/showers and toilet plumbing(s). Getting our house ready to sell was made easier by the quality of workmanship and assistance with our design.
Townhouse Reno We replaced the contractor-grade toilets in our town home with low flow ‘comfort’ height fixtures. Maple Ridge Plumbing responded quickly to our initial enquiry. Richard recommended several models in different prices ranges and his crew installed them several days later. They were efficient and personable. Installations and clean-up were well done. Office staff (Dawn) was great to deal with. We are very happy with the work done by Maple Ridge Plumbing and have no problem recommending them to others
Peace of Mind We were concerned about our Poly-B piping as we were redoing our floors with Engineered hardwood. Would we have to replace them before we started work on the floor. Richard Lock visited us very shortly after requesting their quote. He reassured us that the piping was not a problem. he remarked that our house appeared to be excellently maintained.
Superb Workers! Thanks for the excellent job and the superb workers you have . I surely will recommend your company when I need to .In every way you run a first class operation.Cobie and I appreciate it. Thanks again.
Navien Tankless
I can’t say enough good things about this company. We love our new Navien tankless as was recommended by Richard. But more importantly, he did a phenomenal job on the installation of the unit and all the parts. Right down to details like where to vent it so the exhaust and air intake doesn’t affect the home (which none of the other plumbers who did quotes even mentioned, they all just suggested venting it to the easiest point, which was the carport, which Richard showed us would have the tankless releasing gases up into the living space above the carport). He went that extra mile to ensure the unit was installed exactly how we wanted it. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
